Clayton does not like loud. A few weeks ago, C & I 'watched' fireworks from our house instead of in town because of the volume. I came up with an idea so that he could enjoy them with the rest of the family. He was SOOOO excited!
This was really Evan's first fireworks experience. We went to some last year, but it's not as if he watched it. He was pretty good. When it got loud or fast, he'd snuggle up to me, but did spend some time watching them and pointing! He is 26 months old. He was also working on a one hour nap and this was WAY past his bedtime. (He normally takes 3 hour naps)
Evan stole this girl's chair. She did rescue her flag at first but then reattached it onto the chair when she decided that Evan was not going to bother it!
My hands are full but my heart is overflowing!

**3** hour naps??? are you kidding me? i'm lucky if eli sleeps over an hour! i love the head phones for C- great idea! we haven't taken the boys to fireworks yet, maybe next year. they start so late here- around 10.
